La cantante Laura Rizzotto representará a Letonia con la canción Funny Girl en la segunda semifinal del próximo jueves

Laura Rizzotto
Laura Rizzotto nació el 18 de julio de 1994 en Río de Janeiro (Brasil). Sus padres tienen la nacionalidad letona aparte de la brasileña, al igual que ella. Con 11 años se mudó a Minnesota (Estados Unidos) y allí estuvo estudiando artes musicales en Los Ángeles. El año pasado se mudó a Nueva York a hacer un máster musical.
Entre 2009 y 2010 firmó un contrato con Universal Music Brasil y lanzó el primer álbum en 2011. Ha actuado como telonera de Demi Lovato en Brasil y ha sido coach de portugués de Jennifer López. A lo largo de los años ha sacado diversos singles, como los que os dejo a continuación.
Ella compone la mayoría de las canciones, incluida la que presentó al Supernova (preselección letona). Con Funny Girl consiguió ganar y llegar a la segunda semifinal de Eurovisión que se celebrará el próximo jueves. Además, como ha demostrado en la Pre Party española, también sabe hablar bastante bien español.

Letonia manda su mejor canción de los últimos años. Es una canción lenta, pero con un estribillo muy pegadizo. A mí, por lo general, nunca me gustan las canciones lentas, pero Laura Rizzotto tiene algo especial que consigue que este tema me guste más y más con cada escucha. Ha conseguido que me interese por ella y el resto de su discografía. Le deseo mucha suerte para la segunda semifinal y poder escucharla en la final.
